Chef Jaime and Sandi created a wonderful sit-down dinner served in our home for our son's First Communion party. The meal began with a delicious Caesar salad appetizer followed by strip loin steak that was cooked to perfection. The mushroom and Parmesan polenta and ratatouille wrapped in Swiss chard complemented the steak nicely. Sandi kept our wine glasses filled during the entire meal. The event ended with a large fruit platter that was as lovely to look at as it was to eat. We sincerely thank Jaime and Sandi for making our event so enjoyable and memorable for us and for all of our guests.

Hi Jaime,

I just want to thank you on behalf of Raj and I for making our engagement a memorable evening. I was extremely surprised to see you and Sandi there to prepare us an explicit meal. You both were extremely professional yet friendly and the food you prepared was the definition of a fabulous five star dining. Your personal touches and the presentation of the food was excellent. Our evening with Chef Jaime and Chef Sandi was more than we ever expected. It really was a unique experience. The food was delicious and the beef tenderloin was done to perfection. Little tomato baskets filled with asparagus and new potatoes shaped like mushrooms were beautifully and creatively presented. We were totally surprised when Chef Sandi started to prepare an apple pie FROM SCRATCH. It was worth every calorie. To be honest, we were a little hesitant at first to have a chef come into our home and prepare a meal. However, they were professional and friendly from start to finish and the evening was absolutely wonderful. Our only regret was not having included at least one other couple to enjoy the experience with us. This type of evening should be shared!

There were 8 of us celebrating a combination of 40th Birthdays, 25th Wedding Anniversary and a 49th Birthday all together with Jaime and Sandi. The dinner was divine and atmosphere that Jaime and Sandi created for us made the evening so special. It was a real treat to have someone else take care of the details while we lingered over our dinner and desert. Sandi even handled the bar, which made it even easier for us to just enjoy. We were able to enjoy a fine dining experience without leaving home. No worries about who would need to be the D.D. I would recommend Remember That Chef every time!

Our wedding was perfect and memorable and the best decision of the day was to hire Remember That Chef. If I ever have another occasion I would hire you again in a heartbeat.

It was a new experience for us to have a catered party. You made the whole process easy and stress free from your initial communications to your timely arrival right through to your quiet disappearance, nine hours later. You left behind a spotless kitchen with leftovers safely put away.

Everyone enjoyed your professional, friendly presence in our home and the ease with which you prepared a barbecue for 25 amazed us all. We marveled at your cleanliness as you prepared the multi-course meal. We were impressed with the fresh ingredients (the rolls were still nice two days later)! I couldn’t believe your stamina especially on such a hot day.

The plentiful food tasted and looked incredible - the table exquisite. The value per dollar spent was greater than I could every have guessed. I could not imagine what our day would have been like for me if I had purchased pre-prepared food and had the hassle of keeping it warm, finding serving dishes, setting the table and cleaning up.
