About Remember That Chef

Jaime Miller is a classically-trained chef born and raised in Southern Ontario and residing in Hamilton. His passion for cooking started at a young age where he learned to cook for his mother and sisters. At the age of three he made soggy cereal and burnt toast with his family’s encouragement, his passion for cooking for others expanded and he decided to make it his life.

Culinary Training

Jaime majored in cooking in high school and was fortunate to have won many awards. His passion grew as he worked his way through George Brown College’s Culinary Management and Advanced Food Preparation programs. He continues to be a student of the culinary arts to this day. There’s never enough one can learn about the art of cooking.

His vast cooking experiences have included many charity events, fine dining restaurants, banquet halls and luxury hotels, which included the prestigious Royal York Hotel in Toronto.

Remember That Chef Personal Chef Service was born out of Jaime’s love of food and desire to share in his culinary expertise.
